                              RESOLUTION NO. 21843
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO 
                 ENTER INTO A SERVICES, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY 
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE HAMILTON COUNTY 911 
                 EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT SUBSTANTIALLY 
                 IN THE FORM ATTACHED HERETO.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Chief of Police be and is hereby 
       authorized to enter into a Services, Maintenance and Supply 
       Agreement with the Hamilton County 911 Emergency Communications 
       District substantially in the form attached hereto.
